I was looking for another bashful panda as my grandson liked his sister’s. I also wasn’t sure if this one was an exact match for what my granddaughter had, and after emailing the company, I received a lovely phone call to talk about my order and we came to the conclusion I had ordered the correct one. This company take pride in their customer service and also their Jellycat fluffys. What can I say, I’m very happy with our panda and the customer service too. Bashful panda is made beautifully and is bringing my grandson so much joy. Bashful panda is a lovely size for little hands, and to take along on journeys too.
