The service was excellent as is the product. When I ordered the Oak Owl online I realized I'd given the wrong postcode for the delivery address. I called the plushpaws phone number which I found on-line and my call was answered immediately and the problem dealt with. Oak Owl arrived ahead of the delivery date specified. I would use plushpaws again.

Our 10 year old daughter has developed a small obsession with anything 'owl'. Saw this and it was a must! The wings are so soft, I could stroke him all day!!
